What happens in the EDGE Hub?

The Hub is a drop-in space for anyone who wants to work or meet in a creative, startup atmosphere.  We also host events for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, and can let you know about additional networking and training opportunities happening in your community.

For a peek inside our space, visit the About EDGE page.

What happens in the EDGE Workspace?

The Workspace is where some of our most promising entrepreneurs set up shop.  It’s a shared office space and great community for early stage ventures. Workspace members are part of our Soar program stream.

What programs and services are available to me?
We currently offer three program streams – Discover, Leap and Soar. These are designed to support you at the early stages of your journey as an entrepreneur.  The Discover stream is for those interested in learning more about entrepreneurship who may not have a venture idea.  Leap provides mentorship and training for those with a defined idea.  Soar includes mentorship, training, advising, and access to shared office space.

How do I apply to become a member of EDGE?
Links to applications for the Discover, Leap, and Soar program streams are found at the bottom of the Get Started page.

I’m not a Sheridan student. Can I still be a part of EDGE?
Of course! EDGE is for anyone in the community who’s interested in pursuing a social enterprise or a business idea they’re passionate about. If you have an idea, we’re here to help you make it a reality.

Does it matter how old I am?
All ages are welcome.

Does EDGE take any equity or ownership?
