I am a Computer Programming student currently pursuing my Diploma degree at Sheridan College. Possessing a robust interest in technical skills that demand both conceptual and analytical thinking, I am consistently eager to learn and explore new abilities. Additionally, I am an outgoing individual with strong communication and leadership capabilities, always enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and opportunities. While I am working as a Peer Mentor at Sheridan College, I am leading 30% and conducting more than 50 activities throughout campus to make campus life more engaging, contributing in guiding students in terms of academics, violence, mental health, etc., acting as a liaison between the students and management to ensure that the student’s concerns are being heard and resolved efficiently. While I am working as an IT Support Assistant, I am managing project timelines, reducing delivery times by 30%; ensuring encapsulation, reduced redudancy in the code, playing a major role in testing and debugging ensuring an errorless system, collaborating with external and internal teams, enhancing project success rates by 10%. While I was working as an Administrative Assistant & Event Co-ordinator, I assisted in presentations, preparation of reports and other documents, steered different promotions, handled aggressive customers and solved problems to their satisfaction, booked and supervised events for different occasions, assisted in bridal shows and exhibitions, assisted in revenue management, asset management and inventories.
