On January 26, 2023, Sheridan EDGE welcomed Hon. Rechie Valdez, Minister of Small Business and Member of Parliament for Mississauga – Streetsville, to discuss and tour our co-working space at the Hazel McCallion Campus (HMC) in Mississauga. Minister Valdez met with the EDGE team, and a few women founders to discuss the important work EDGE does to spark the creation of new small businesses, social enterprises and non-profits.

MP Valdez shared her entrepreneurial journey and valuable advice with the women entrepreneurs, empowering them to confidently embrace their dreams and aspirations. Her wisdom resonated deeply, igniting a sense of passion and purpose among our impact entrepreneurs.
