Brief Introduction:

Hello I am Madhavi from India with over a decade of experience in customer service training and recruitment. Currently, I am pursuing a PHRMC (Professional Human Resources Management Certificate) from Sheridan College, Mississauga, since January 2024. This program has been enriching my understanding of HR practices and strategies.
In addition to my ongoing studies, I hold a Master in Travel and Tourism from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University), completed from 2020 to 2022. This advanced degree has equipped me with a deep understanding of the travel industry, its trends, and customer expectations.

Furthermore, I earned a B.B.A from the College of Business Management, Utkal University, and a BTEC-HNC (Higher National Certificate) from Frank Finn Institute of Air Hostess Training, providing me with a strong foundation in business principles, aviation, and hospitality.
My diverse background includes roles such as Trainer for Customer Support at, Senior Faculty at IBIS Educational Services, and Senior Aviation & Soft Skill Trainer at Sky Bird Aviation College. These experiences have honed my critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling me to excel in delivering top-notch service and training.
